To run the tests in this directory:

a) Message mode pipes
    start tnpsrv in one screen group with "tnpsrv"
    start tnpcli in another with "tnpcli \\<servername>\pipe\cw\testpipe"
    or to run it locally just "tnpcli"

b) Byte mode pipes
    start tnpsrvb in one screen group with "tnpsrvb"
    start tnpclib in another with "tnpclib \\<servername>\pipe\cw\testpipe"
    or to run it locally just "tnpclib"
