  1. control.h has a private rule to build twice; no longer executed for some
  2. reason
  4. vfwmsgs.mc - put in \ (root of drive) because PROJECT_INC_PATH undefined (?)
  6. resmgru.h needed
  7. ovrm.h needed
  8. ddraw.h - newer version needed
  9. d3drm.lib needed (why is this missing?)
  10. filters\tve - doesn't compile -- needs a new compiler.
  12. clean up newly added projects such as dexter to not specify BUILD_ALT_DIR in
