  48. encounter a Stop error and choose to submit the file to Microsoft for analysis.
  49. Once the user clicks the Close button on the Error reporting dialog, Internet
  50. Explorer is launched and the Auto.asp Web page is displayed. At this time, the
  51. Web page connects to the Office Watson server and copies the file locally. At
  52. the same time, an entry is made in the KACustomer2 database which corresponds
  53. to the SQL entry. This file is then submitted to the Online Crash Analysis
  54. central FileMover for processing and archival. At the time of archival, the
  55. file is moved to our Archive server and moved to a directory corresponding the
  56. date that the file was moved.<br>

  58. The numbers above should be used to get a general idea of the amount of traffic
  59. that the Online Crash Analysis Web site receives and the amount of processing
  60. our service does each day\week.
