Cleaned-up following printer models.  Made optional
paper feeders as selectable options, added support for
duplex.  Corected printable area sizes but still minor
fine-tunes may be necessary.

These models corresponds to the "QLaserB2" minidriver
in the original GPC mindiriver code.

"QLaser SF800N" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette.
"QLaser SF770" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette.
"QLaser SF730" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette.
"QLaser SF710" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette.
"QLaser SF700" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette.
"QLaser SF610" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette, duplex option.
"QLaser SF600" - A3, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 2 option cassette, duplex option.
"QLaser SF500" - A4, 1 manual tray, 1 casette, 1 option cassette, duplex option.

"QLaser SF Ig" - A4, 1 auto tray.
"QLaser Picaso400" - A4, 1 auto tray, 1 manual tray.
"QLaser Picaso300" - A4, 1 auto tray.
