An administrator is any individual who can query, publish, administer, and configure UDDI Services. In addition to Coordinator privileges for the Web-based user interface, an Administrator can configure service options, manage security settings, facilitate backups, and perform other administrative tasks at the system level using the UDDI Services snap-in.
