This code provided by Cliff Storm, around March 15'th 2002

Contains a prototype of the DRM Stub libraries.  We need another one for
the actual release.

Bin directory contains two EXE's:

	V2LICMGR.exe
		Will show current licenses (including V1 licenses)

	CleanDRM.exe
		Will show
