  1. To build the NT version of HyperTerminal (ie., all features except telnet),
  2. use the compiler switch "/DNT_EDITION"
  4. To build the Hilgraeve Private Edition of HyperTerminal (ie., all features
  5. including telnet and Hilgraeve info.), use the compiler switch "/DEXTENDED_FEATURES"
  7. The pre-defined connectiods are zipped in \setup\sessions\htpesess.zip. Use a
  8. long-filename compatible unzipping program to preserve session names.
