A help request has been sent to PSS support engineer.

If support engineer needs to remotely connect back to your system and you are online you will be given the opportunity to start the help session.

If you decide to cancel the invitation return to the Remote Control area of the Windows Help Center and you will be give the opportunity to cancel any invitation that has not yet expired.
