PORTATION ISSUES

1) use /GR"" for RTTI; bug in VC++ 5.0

2) define NTALPHA and NOMINMAX

3) possibly separate resource.h files for the different DLLs, X86 and Alpha

4) What about MFC?  How can BNTSALPHA.DLL link if it references NO MFC DLLS?
